Over The Rhine.
OTR is a historic part of downtown Cincinnati. In recent years it has seen a revitalization. The Italianate-style buildings built in the mid and late 19th century are being saved and new dwellings are replacing less desirable structures. This revitalization creates a unique neighborhood that keeps the past alive while encouraging new growth. My paintings took a “what if” approach. A little truth, a little fantasy, and poof you have a vibrate neighborhood.
